About
Cristina holds a master’s degree in Creative Documentary & Experimental Cinema (Escuela Universitaria de Artes TAI, Madrid) and a master’s degree in Contemporary Audiovisual Creation (VideoLab-Escuela de Artes Visuales LENS, Madrid).
Her first documentary, “Electric Dreams” was selected for Calanda Festival 2014: (22 x Don Luis) and was part of Nikola Tesla: Suyo es el Futuro, exhibited at Fundación Telefónica (Madrid), Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (Valencia), Centro de las Artes CONARTE (Monterrey), and more. Her experimental film “Dreams are Cruel” was published by the contemporary online art space Backroom Caracas.
Her recent video, Someone Stole My Shoes was created with Diego Ayala Raffalli (film composer based in Paris) and Dana Colley (saxophonist from the Boston-based band Morphine/Vapors of Morphine).
She currently lives in Palma de Mallorca, where she works and collaborates as a photographer-videographer with several publications.
Her photographic series Steel Life was part of Art Jove 2023 Photography exhibition, presented at Casal Solleric (Palma de Mallorca).
